1. Measure your underbust. Wrap the tape measure snug (but not tight) just under your bust. This tells you your band size, which should feel secure without digging in.
2. Check your overbust. Hold the tape across the fullest part of your chest. This helps lock in the cup size that fits close to your shape without gaping or squeezing.

• Cold, gentle machine wash with a wash bag: If the machine’s your go-to, pick a cold, delicate cycle and always use a wash bag. It shields your bras from unnecessary twisting and snagging while keeping them paired up with similar colours.
• Avoid the dryer: Heat can warp the padding and elastic, causing bras to lose their fit fast. Let them air dry flat or hang by the band instead to keep everything in shape.
• Store carefully: Give your bras space to breathe and keep the cups free of squishing. Stacking or folding can crush the padding, so lay them flat or stack carefully to protect their form.
