RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/ exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items discounted 50% off or higher are non refundable unless you believe the product is damaged.

DAMAGED GOODS

If you believe your product is damaged please upload photos in our return portal, we will need photos to support your claim. This will assist us with your claim. We reserve the right to refuse if claim does not meet our return standards.

Please carefully review the care label for instructions. We cannot accept a refund or exchange for products that were not following our washing instructions.

NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?

Postage will be at the our Eleven Intimates and only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Please ensure all products are returned in their original condition, unworn and with the tags attached.
