SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. We ship all orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays). When the order is shipped, you will receive another email containing tracking information.
Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly before you place your order.
If, for any reason, an item is out of stock, we will notify you by either email or telephone. You will not be charged for any item that is out of stock.
Please note that delivery times can also be subject to external factors as shall be described herein this policy and, therefore, cannot be guaranteed.
Where do we ship to?
We offer both domestic and international shipping to selected countries using trusted carriers.
Domestic Shipping
We offer domestic shipping within Australia using Auspost or Couriers Please. Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays) of receiving your order confirmation.
International Shipping
We use Auspost for reliable and efficient shipping for international orders to New Zealand, United States & Canada and Asia. Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation. Please note that international shipping times may vary based on location and customs clearance.
Estimated Shipping Fees
Free Shipping Offer: Free Standard Shipping and $5 express shipping on all orders over $100.
For domestic orders within Australia, we charge a flat fee of $10.99 for National Standard shipping and $16.50 for Express shipping.
We utilise the Auspost API to provide shipping rates at the checkout for international orders to New Zealand, United States & Canada and Asia. This ensures that you are aware of the shipping costs associated with your order before finalising your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Date
Estimated delivery dates for both domestic and international orders provided by Eleven Intimates are non-binding, and the time of delivery is not of the essence. This estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed to you at checkout before you complete your order.
Shipping/Carrier Disclaimer
We do our best to ensure all shipments arrive quickly and in great condition. However Eleven Intimates shall not be liable for any shipment/package being delayed by the carrier due to uncontrollable circumstances (flight delays, equipment malfunction, adverse weather etc.), or a loss of package and will not refund the cost of shipping.
Multiple days of delays on shipments can be caused by any of the above-mentioned events regardless of the shipping method selected at the point of checkout.
Shipment Reroutes / Lost Shipments / Shipments Returned
In the event that an order is placed with incorrect shipping information and requires a change of address, the customer will be charged any additional shipping charges that may apply to such rerouting. This fee can vary based on your location.
In the rare event that your order is lost or significantly delayed during transit, please contact our customer support team at info@elevenintimates.com so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.
International Shipping, Import Duties, Taxes & Fees
International shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed upon the shipment reaching your country, and such customs charges must be fulfilled by you. We have no control over such charges, so we may not be able to give an accurate estimate of what such charges may be.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. Please be advised that our confirmation email may be received as SPAM depending on your inbox's security settings. Check your 'SPAM' or 'Junk' mail inbox periodically.
